Eucomsa Structures Division has a technical office that allows the division to tackle the various stages that make the development and execution of its products.

This technical office covers across the board tasks such as the calculation and design of the initial details of structures for transmission lines, powerplants and mast supports for antennas as well as theco-ordination of the instructions for packaging and shipping. .

The Tasks undertaken by the Design Dept are:

a) Analysis and calculations of structures with the help of computer assisted engineering calculations software.

b) Calculation and design of manufacturing workshop drawings by means of computer applications.

c) Detailed inspection of all structure prototypes.

d) Co-ordination of all full-scale tower tests.

e) Co-ordination with all departments involved in the order and processing.

f) Design of all the necessary information in the workshop so as to manufacture the product. This information will be obtained with the aid of computer assisted programs developed for these specific tasks.

The department is made up of engineers and draftsmen highly qualified in the
design of these type of structures (towers) and supported by the most
recent computer equipment and software programs.
